# Uploading and Updating Drawings
We suggest uploading the drawings to SyncoBox to maximize the benefits of BIM model browsing.
# Creating Categories
# Drawing Manager Project Manager
About creating the drawing category, the processes of project and zone drawings are the same.
Log in to a project on SyncoBox.
In the Project (or Zone) Menu, click on the [ Drawings ] button.
Based on project requirements, click on the [ ] button to add root and child categories.
# Uploading Drawings
About uploading the drawings, the processes of project and zone drawings are the same.
- Click on the 1[ Add-Ins ] tab
2 [ WeBIMSync API ].
1 It needs to input the server address for the first use, then click on [ Apply ].
2 Fill in the user's account and password, then click on [ Login ].
3 Select the project and zone, and click on [ OK ].
1 Click to select the drawing category on the left-side list (Please refer to Creating Categories). 2 And select the drawings which want to upload on the right-side list.
In order to match the coordinate of the drawings and model. 3 Select the coordinate system in [ DWG Export Setup ], or customize an export settings: DWG Export Settings.
Click on the 4 [ Upload ] button to upload the selected drawings to SyncoBox.
- The drawings, version, update time, and the uploader will be displayed after the upload process.
# DWG Export Settings
In the toolbar of Revit, click on [ File ]
[ Export ][ CAD Formats ][ DWG ].Click on the [ Modify Export Setup ] button.
- It is recommened to customize the new export settings. Click on the 1[ New Export Setup ] button on the bottom-left of the window, and 2 fill in the name, then click on [ OK ].
- Click on the [ Units & Coordinates ] tab, then set the Coordinate Base to "Shared Coordinates", and click on [ OK ].
- Click on [ Save Set & Close ].
# Updating Drawings

About updating the drawings, the processes of project and zone drawings are the same.
Open and log in to WeBIMSync API.
Select the category in 1 Drawings Category.
Tick on the drawings in 2 Select Upload Views.
Confirm the coordinate system in 3 DWG Export Setup.
Click on the 4 [ Upload ] button to update the current drawings.
