Task Status Update

Task status updates are a crucial mechanism to ensure the smooth progression of a project. With clear status indicators, project members can easily grasp the current progress of tasks at a glance.

Steps

1. Log in to the SyncoBox and select the corresponding project to enter the operation interface.

2. In the project menu, click on [ BIM ] [ Task ] to open the task management module.

Quick Task

Once you locate the task, left-click the icon in front of the task.

The system will automatically change the task status to "CLOSED" and move the task to the "Completed" section in the sidebar.

If you need to cancel the "CLOSED" status, click the [ ] icon again to revert it.

Status Configuration

1. Click on the target task to enter the detailed information interface.

2. View the current task status at the top of the details section. The status categories, sorted by completion level, are "OPEN," "IN PROGRESS," "DONE," and "CLOSED."

3. Click the status button to expand the dropdown menu and select the desired status update, or use the [ ] quick toggle icon on the right to sequentially update the task status.
